Prior to joining the firm, Victoria worked as the Senior Program Coordinator for the Advocacy Program at American University Washington College of Law, and as the LL.M. Coordinator at the Academy on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, also at American. Previously, she worked as a Scholarship Specialist at the Organization of American States and was a consultant for the World Bank.She completed her Master’s in Public Administration at American University School of Public Affairs. As part of the program, she did an internship at the Government Accountability Office as an Analyst for the Contracting and National Security Acquisition Team. She graduated with a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.
