Prior to joining the firm, Tim worked with American University, where he was a Recruiter and HR Business Partner and later Director of HR Service Delivery. Before American University, Tim was Senior Associate and Director of IT at a boutique executive search firm focused on higher education searches. Earlier in his career, Tim was a political campaign consultant and later served on the leadership team of a food bank. He began his career as a performing musician. Tim is active in his son's P.T.A.
