Susanna Throop

Susanna Throop joined Isaacson, Miller as a learning and development senior specialist in 2022.

Prior to joining the firm, Susanna worked with Ursinus College as professor, department chair, and director of the college’s Teaching and Learning Institute. In those roles, she designed and facilitated in-person and online learning experiences, built and restructured curricula, managed learning and professional development programs, and presented on adult learning and learner engagement.

Prior to Ursinus College, Susanna worked in HR and copywriting, and she is a published author.
