Having worked for over a decade in academic health centers, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital and as the first external affairs officer at Harvard Medical School, Stephanie has keen insights into these organizations and their missions. She also conducts searches for higher education institutions outside the medical sector, as well as other not for profit organizations.Stephanie is a consultant to the Commonwealth Fund Fellows in Minority Health Policy at Harvard Medical School and is a certified Search Advocate having completed Oregon State’s University’s Search Advocate program which trains participants how to be content-neutral, external search and selection process advisors, enhancing equity, validity, and diversity in hiring. In addition to her work at the firm, Stephanie is entering her fifth year as the board chair of the Massachusetts Association for the Blind (MAB) Community Services, an organization dedicated to helping individuals with a range of disabilities live full and independent lives in the community.
