Sarah’s experience includes research and writing for issue-based campaigns, program management, and advocacy across an array of food policy issues. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served as the Senior Program Officer for the Food Integrity Campaign at Government Accountability Project and, prior to that, spent seven years as a Researcher at Food & Water Watch. She also developed the Agency Relations and Program Departments as part of the initial staff cadre to open the Three Square Food Bank in Las Vegas. Sarah earned an MS in Agriculture, Food, and the Environment from the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and a BA in Environmental Studies from Denison University.
