Her career has been dedicated to guiding leaders and educators in understanding the unique nature of learning and to designing equitable learning environments. She has worked in education, health care, the arts, and nonprofits as a professor, head of school, clinician, researcher, mentor, and consultant. In addition to her work as a Reference Specialist, Sandy guides school and university leaders to develop a vision for learning and pedagogy. Sandy holds an M.ED from Northeastern University, an Ed.M from Harvard University, and an Ed.D from Harvard University with a concentration in human development and neuropsychology.
