Quizayra Gonzalez joined Isaacson, Miller as a Senior Associate in 2022, bringing 10 years of experience in student affairs, arts administration, and college recruitment.

Most recently, Quizayra served as the Program Director for the Posse Foundation’s Arts program where she managed the recruitment process for talented scholars in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Quizayra’s had the opportunity to work in different areas of higher education, including admissions, advising, and intercultural programming. Earlier in her career, Quizayra worked as an arts educator and curator. She co-curated national and international exhibitions as a curatorial fellow at Parsons in New York City and the Center for Craft, Creativity, and Design in Asheville, North Carolina.

She holds a Master’s degree in Specialized Studies from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, a Master’s degree in Design and Culture from Parsons, and a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia from The University of the Arts. Quizayra volunteers with local community organizations' college readiness programs.
