Having joined Isaacson, Miller in 2016 as a Partner, Pat opened our Philadelphia office and expanded our work in recruiting chancellors, deans, chairs, chiefs and center directors for health sciences universities and schools of medicine, public health, and nursing. Her clients in this space include Duke University, Penn Medicine, Yale School of Medicine, Mass General Brigham, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and Cedars Sinai Health System. With a strong focus on leadership of clinical care delivery and the research that ensures its excellence, Pat has conducted searches for CEOs, CNOs, COOs and other high level clinical and administrative roles. She has a particular passion for work in pediatrics and oncology, having partnered in related searches with Boston Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, City of Hope, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s and MacDonald’s Women Hospitals. Pat credits her training as a psychotherapist for honing her ability to assess the cultural dynamics of client organizations as it relates to candidates’ motivation and leadership presence in ensuring the necessary organizational resonance that leads to successful outcomes. Beyond her search work, Pat was a founding partner of Globalislocal, a foundation of women leaders investing internationally in the sustainable empowerment of women and children living in extreme poverty. She also serves on the investigative division of the Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention of the Philadelphia Bar Association and served on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
