Pamela Carty

In 2021, Pamela Carty joined Isaacson, Miller. With over 15 years of experience in coordinating searches and academic personnel processes in higher education, she brings valuable skills to the firm. Pamela is responsible for project management, logistical leadership, and overseeing the organizational process for each search team.

Her expertise extends to searches in public and private higher education institutions, as well as art and culture organizations and nonprofit associations. Based in southern New Jersey, Pamela is affiliated with the DC office.
