Olivia McVicker

Olivia became a member of the Isaacson, Miller team in 2021, where she primarily supports the firm's healthcare and academic medicine practices. She also acts as a Managing Search Coordinator. In addition to supporting search work, as a Managing Search Coordinator, Olivia plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive environment among the Search Coordinator cohort, with a focus on management,  recruitment, and professional development for Search Coordinators. Before her tenure at the firm, Olivia gained valuable experience in higher education. She was the Assistant Director for Employer Engagement at Ursinus College, where she excelled in networking and relationship-building, bringing in new employer partners and maintaining key partnerships. Before that, she served as a Graduate and Undergraduate Enrollment Management Counselor at Arcadia University, where she fostered connections with prospective students, aiding in achieving enrollment objectives. She also delivered engaging information sessions to large audiences, worked closely with department chairs, and actively participated in admissions staff hiring processes.
