Nicole Sancilio

Nicole Sancilio joined Isaacson, Miller as a search coordinator in 2022 and has since been promoted. Nicole manages and supports searches led by Partner Daniel Rodas, with deep experience in functional role searches and academic leadership searches alike.

As a search coordinator, Nicole provides project management and administrative support and is a key intermediary between her clients, candidates, and search teams. Clients and candidates appreciate her attention to detail and her service-oriented approach to every project. Nicole also currently serves as a Craft Liaison for search coordinators at the firm, facilitating monthly meetings and general knowledge-sharing for her peers around best practices and current trends.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked with several service organizations, including College Advising Corps, an AmeriCorps program. She holds a BS in Behavior and Health Science and a master’s degree in Urban Affairs from Boston University.
