Nella Young Senior Associate CONTACT Nella Young Location Boston, MAUSA Education BA, Wesleyan University MA, Tufts University Nella Young joined Isaacson, Miller as a Senior Associate in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Nella worked with Enterprise Community Partners, a housing and community development nonprofit where she led and launched national programs at the intersection of real estate development, social impact design, arts and culture, and anti-racism. Earlier in her career, she worked on creative economy initiatives and research at the New England Foundation for the Arts and as an experiential educator and outdoor leadership instructor for a high school semester program. Nella was a Practices for Change Fellow with the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University, an ELP Environmental Leadership Fellow, and a German Chancellor Fellow. She has an MA in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University and a BA in studio arts from Wesleyan University.
