She is an AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter and brings more than 12 years of leadership experience in Higher Education. Prior to joining the firm, Melissa served at both public and private institutions with a portfolio including various areas in Student Affairs such as Student Conduct, Fraternity and Sorority Life, and Residence Life. In addition, she brings experience in Title IX case adjudication, policy creation, organizational development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and crisis response. Melissa currently serves on the Boards of the Ridley Educational Foundation creating opportunities for supporting local teachers as well as the Ridley Park Athletic Club which champions recreational youth sports.
