She supports the advancement practice and searches led by Rachel Ellenport. Megan also leads the recruitment, onboarding, and training of the advancement practice's search coordinator cohort, and serves on the firm’s craft and search coordinator promotions committees. Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Megan worked in the San Francisco Bay Area as a paralegal and a nonprofit project coordinator in the international development and education space. She actively volunteers her time to organizations focused on the LGBTQIA and unhoused communities in Los Angeles. Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a masters of social sciences, specializing in sociology, from University College Dublin in Ireland.
