During her time at IM, Maya has gathered significant experience working with both public and private institutions in higher education, social justice, and healthcare practice areas.She provides logistical support, serves as a liaison for both clients and candidates, and is responsible for the organizational process of the search. Prior to joining the firm, Maya was a facility manager for the University of Kentucky's Campus Recreation and Wellness program, where she took ownership of the student development program and trained, coordinated, and supported a large body of student staff. Maya has a strong background in project management and customer service and has diverse professional experience working in various academic sectors.
