Madeleine Ruth Managing Search Coordinator CONTACT Madeleine Ruth Location Boston, MAUSA Education BA, Goshen College MA, Tufts University Maddie joined Isaacson, Miller as a Search Coordinator in 2018. She provides administrative and logistical leadership in searches led by Ariannah Mirick. As a Managing Search Coordinator, she also supports internal recruiting, training, and management of the Search Coordinator cohort at Isaacson, Miller. Maddie previously served as an English teacher in the country of Chad, and prior to joining the firm she worked as a College Affordability Advisor at uAspire, a nonprofit organization that seeks to increase college access and persistence in students from low-income households. Maddie holds a BA in Psychology and Music from Goshen College and an MA in School Psychology from Tufts University.
