Lindsay has been with Isaacson, Miller for over a decade and has led searches across the academic enterprise. She has conducted searches for presidents, provosts, vice presidents, and deans, as well as numerous searches in finance, information technology, research, student affairs, enrollment management, and equity, diversity, and inclusion. She has also assisted with searches in the nonprofit sector outside of higher education. Lindsay brings a background in higher education recruiting and retention to her practice. Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, she held positions in admissions and student services at the University of San Francisco; California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo; and the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. Lindsay has a master’s degree in higher education management and is deeply interested in how transformational leadership impacts an organization and has a ripple effect into the organization’s greater community.
