Before joining the firm, Leslie had a career in student affairs, where she found fulfillment in helping college students advance in their education and career. Recently, Leslie worked at Vanderbilt University to enhance the undergraduate residential experience and strategically supported the recruitment and selection processes for over 100 student leadership positions annually. Earlier, Leslie worked at the University of Southern California in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs within the Student Support and Advocacy unit. In that role, she developed and coordinated comprehensive approaches to resolving complex issues impacting a student’s college journey.Leslie holds a Master’s degree in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociocultural Anthropology and Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California, San Diego.Pronouns: she/her
