Her work focuses on searches in both public and private higher-education institutions, advocacy organizations, academic public health leadership, and zoo and aquarium leadership. She provides logistical leadership and manages the organizational process for each search team. Kendra’s prior experience was in roles involving operations and project management within the non-profit, higher education, and K-12 education fields including: the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine; University of the Arts, Continuing Education; Germantown Friends School, Advancement; and Astral Artists, Operations. Kendra is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she earned a B.A. in Music with a minor in Music Management. She also earned a Graphic Design Certificate from the University of the Arts.
