Kelly primarily focuses on higher education searches, recently serving the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Virginia, William & Mary, Georgetown University, Colorado State University, and others in their searches for senior leaders. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked at the University of Pennsylvania as the Director of the Carey JD/MBA Program. Previously, Kelly also served as Senior Associate Director of MBA Admissions at the Wharton School, Assistant Director of Admissions at Harvard Law School, and as a management consultant with Deloitte and Accenture. She continues to teach business communication at the Wharton School.
