Karson Freeman

Karson Freeman joined Isaacson, Miller in 2021.

Before joining the firm, Karson served as Community Engagement Manager at Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas, managing various community and corporate partnerships. She was also responsible for recruiting and training corporate sponsors, developing corporate foundation grant proposals, and managing social media marketing campaigns. Beginning her career as an information technology recruiter, Karson is passionate about creating visibility and access throughout the search process.

Karson currently works across several practice areas, including higher education, arts & culture, social justice + advocacy, healthcare, and PreK-12 education. With a Master’s in Public Administration/Public Policy, Karson is skilled in strategic planning, project management, process improvement, civic engagement, mission advancement, and EDI. Karson is a socially responsible practitioner, a non-profit leader, and an idea generator. She is dedicated to enhancing structures and systems that support healthy communities, increasing accountability, and advancing public good. Karson is devoted to amplifying the corporate and community experience by improving policies and practices that challenge the status quo and promote equal opportunity for all.
