In this role, she provided administrative leadership to a team of 120+ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. Between her roles at Penn Medicine and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates, Jasmine has partnered with internal and external clients to effectively lead strategic initiatives across all levels of the organization. Prior to transitioning to healthcare/academic medicine, she also worked on a cross-functional teams to build and nurture client relationships, encourage retention, and champion staff development.
