Jack Gorman

Jack Gorman joined the firm in 1995 after serving as a senior financial executive for a leading healthcare organization. In 2002, he was elected to the partnership of the firm and was charged with growing the firm's emerging advancement practice. Under his leadership, the practice has become a sought-after strategic partner for some of the most consequential leadership searches, focusing on C-suite level searches across higher education, the visual and performing arts, independent schools, research institutes, advocacy, and healthcare. He has also led searches for officers and trustees within the foundation community. Jack's extensive experience includes recruiting chief philanthropy and communications officers, as well as chief executive officers, for higher education institutions and nonprofits both domestically and internationally.

Jack has built strong and lasting relationships with numerous organizations, collaborating closely to develop robust leadership teams. He maintains a vast personal network of leaders and is regarded as a trusted advisor by many who appreciate his honesty and values-driven approach. A native of Massachusetts, Jack earned his bachelor's degree from Stonehill College in North Easton, MA. He is active in the firm's leadership as a member of Isaacson, Miller's six-person Executive Committee.
