Ivan Ceballos

Ivan Ceballos, PhD is a Senior Associate with Isaacson, Miller. Ivan’s search practice is dedicated to supporting mission-driven organizations achieving operational and strategic success. His search experience encompasses both private and public higher education. Ivan has successfully recruited in the areas of academic and student affairs as well as business and university operations. Ivan’s experience also includes completed and successful searches for executive leaders in academic healthcare and research as well as non-profit advocacy, STEM, cultural, and membership organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ivan served as a leader in higher education and student affairs. Ivan has proficiency in operations management, facilitating outcomes-driven programs and strategic plans, capital planning, and implementing inclusion initiatives. Ivan also has served professional associations including the Association for the Study of Higher Education and has held positions of leadership in the American College Personnel Association’s Latinx Network. Ivan is also involved in his South Florida community addressing hunger and food insecurity. Additionally, Ivan serves as an adjunct faculty member at Florida International University and teaches graduate courses in higher education leadership, college student development, and crisis management.
