He has worked with institutions ranging from regional comprehensive, land-grant, and private universities to research institutes, hospitals, auxiliaries, and art museums. He enjoys learning about new fields and institutions and is creative and persistent in building excellent and diverse pools.Prior to his work at IM, Hayden worked in the admissions offices at Tufts University and Dartmouth College, where he worked primarily on communications initiatives, including as editor of Dartmouth’s admissions magazine.
