Grace Zakim

Grace joined Isaacson, Miller in January 2016 following an early career in non-profit fundraising. As a managing associate, she specializes in advancement and other external affairs searches across the civic sector. Grace has recruited executive leaders for clients such as Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Northwestern University, Houston Methodist, Georgia Tech, Berklee College of Music, and numerous nationally ranked small liberal arts colleges, including her alma mater, Kenyon College. In addition, Grace has worked on vice presidential searches across government and community affairs, academic medicine, and operations for a variety of institutions.

Grace brings broad advancement knowledge to her work with clients and most recently specialized in major gifts and high-level volunteer management at Massachusetts General Hospital. She began her career in fundraising at Maternity Care Coalition, an organization combatting maternal and child health disparities in her hometown of Philadelphia.

Grace is a proud graduate of Kenyon College, where she earned her BA with highest honors in Latin American literature. She is an active community volunteer and serves as board president of a Downtown Boston school.
