Erinn Miles

Erinn Miles joined the firm as a search coordinator in 2016, working closely with partners and teams to provide logistical and organizational support throughout the search process. In 2019, Erinn transitioned to provide support as an Executive Assistant for president Vivian Brocard. In 2020, Erinn joined the Marketing team.

Erinn graduated from Providence College, where she received her BA in Sociology and Women’s Studies with a Spanish concentration.

She is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion, and the firm's commitment to recruiting exceptional leaders for important organizations working for a better future.
