Emily Barclay

Emily joined Isaacson, Miller in 2011. She brings experience in the public sector, healthcare, human resources and leadership development to her role as a Reference Specialist. She began her professional career in state government, where her work included managing a health care demonstration grant and overseeing health care policy and regulation for the state Medicaid program. Following a transition into human resources, she worked for over 20 years in academic health care. Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller she served as vice president for human resources at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Emily holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Public Health from Yale, and has completed numerous certification programs for human resources professionals. In addition to her work at IM she volunteers with the Babson College Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork program.
