Prior to joining the firm, Courtney worked at the University of Maryland as a Senior Academic Advisor in the Department of Computer Science. In that role, she assisted students in academic planning, partnered with departments across campus to encourage academic success, and collaborated with external corporate partners to facilitate opportunities for professional growth. As a first-generation college student, Courtney earned her BA in Language, Culture, & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her MS in Higher Education Administration from Syracuse University.
