Cortnee Bollard

Cortnee Bollard joined Isaacson, Miller in 2020. As Senior Search Coordinator, they serve as the liaison for clients and candidates and manage the organizational processes of their search teams.

Prior to joining the firm, Cortnee worked as Program Manager at Boston By Foot, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Boston’s cultural and architectural heritage through volunteer-led walking tours. Additionally, they worked in the museum education field, teaching at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and the Old North Church & Historic Site.

They hold a BA and MA in Public History from Northeastern University.
