In her time at IM, she has led and worked on a broad array of Higher Education, PreK-12 + Education Improvement, Arts + Culture, and Conservation + Environment searches, with a particular focus on enrollment management. Partnering closely with her mission driven clients, she strategically assesses organizational structure; invites broad community input through inclusive listening sessions; implements a thoughtful, equitable search process; cultivates a diverse pool of candidates; and establishes authentic rapport with candidates. Her recruiting experience also extends to the entertainment industry as a member of the agent trainee program at Paradigm. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Stern Center for Language and Learning (one of her former clients), and she also serves on The Wheeler’s School’s Leadership Council.
