Carley Davenport

Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2019, Carley has worked on a range of leadership searches across higher education, academic medicine, and the nonprofit sector. Her portfolio includes both academic and functional searches for public and private organizations, including a variety of searches for academic deans, chancellors, chief financial officers, chief human resources officers, CEOs, and nonprofit board members. Recent clients include the University of California, San Diego, the University of Southern California, the University of Oregon, the California Primary Care Association, The California Endowment, and Creighton University, among many others.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Assistant Director of Employer Relations at Columbia University Center for Career Education and at The Posse Foundation, where she oversaw career and alumni programming for the national office in New York City. Earlier, she worked in development at a PreK-12 independent school.
