Caitlin Barrett

Caitlin joined Isaacson, Miller in 2018 as a senior associate. During her time at the firm, she has worked across a wide variety of practice areas, including academic medicine, research administration, higher education, and youth-serving nonprofits. In 2021, Caitlin stepped into the Learning & Development Manager role to focus on the strategic design, facilitation, and implementation of a wide variety of training programs to support, develop, retain, and advance diverse talent.

Previous to Isaacson, Miller, Caitlin held a variety of roles in the learning and development space. Most recently, she was the National Director of Training at Up2Us Sports, where she developed and facilitated professional development content for initial on-boarding and on-going support, launched a learning management system, and created and maintained monitoring and evaluation and quality control procedures to track and improve training efficacy. At Up2Us Sports, she led a team of full-time and part-time trainers that provided research-based professional development opportunities for hundreds of coaches, teachers, and mentors nationwide.
