Ariannah Mirick

Ariannah (Ari) Mirick has been with Isaacson, Miller for over a decade. She co-leads the firm’s academic medicine and healthcare practice. Ari has partnered with a variety of academic medical centers to conduct leadership searches ranging from deans and chancellors to chair and chief positions. Her work spans the clinical, research, and administrative roles in academic medicine. She has led school of medicine dean and EVP searches for the University of Pittsburgh, Washington University in St. Louis, and Yale University, among others. 

Ari’s other notable searches include CEO recruitments for medical associations, including the Association of American Medical Colleges, the American Board of Surgery, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American Board of Pediatrics. Through this combination of experience, she has built deep relationships with leaders across the field of academic medicine with a particular focus on research-intensive institutions. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ari worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she conducted clinical research.
