Prior to joining IM, Arianna worked as an Admissions Officer at Harvard University. While at Harvard, she directed the Joint Travel program with over a dozen peer institutions across the country, coordinating events for prospective applicants and their families. Arianna has a deep passion for admissions and higher education, and also worked as the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at her alma mater, Washington University in St. Louis, where she focused on the hiring and training of internal staff.Arianna is a part of NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling) and continues volunteering as an alumna interviewer for Harvard College. Arianna holds a master’s degree in Higher Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
