Andy Marshall

Andy brings a particular focus on the liberal arts and sciences and libraries within the firm’s higher education practice. He works on and has completed senior searches for national liberal arts colleges and universities at the presidential, provostial, and decanal levels, and has also worked on searches for university librarians and their leadership teams. 

Prior to joining IM, Andy served as an assistant director of admission at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, where he managed on-campus recruitment and yield operations. While at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Andy worked with the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE). He also sits on the alumni committee at the University of Puget Sound.

Andy holds a BA from the University of Puget Sound and an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
