They work on searches for leadership positions across higher education and the nonprofit sector with a focus on functional roles such as those in finance and operations.Prior to joining the firm, Amble spent over five years at Wellesley College Career Education, most recently as the Associate Director for Career Exploration & Advising, and before that as the Advisor for Education, Nonprofit & Social Impact. Earlier experience spanned the urban and environmental planning sphere, during which time they engaged in community-based work and research relating to creative climate change adaptation, sustainability planning, and economic development.
