Adrienne Gruskin

Adrienne Gruskin joined Isaacson, Miller as a Reference Specialist with the Advancement Team in February 2024. With sixteen years of front-line fundraising experience in higher education, she brings a depth of knowledge regarding the qualities needed to be a leader in the development field. Adrienne’s experience includes major gift and annual fund fundraising, grant writing, event planning, and volunteer management. Most recently, she was the Director of Individual Giving, Parents and Families at Barnard College. Adrienne’s earlier career was in marketing research. At top advertising agencies and as a consultant, she designed and analyzed research studies to help Fortune 500 companies make strategic decisions about advertising messages and branding.

Adrienne holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the State University of New York at Albany and a Certificate in Fundraising and Board Development from Purchase College of the State University of New York.
