Executive Director Pediatric Academic Societies | The Woodlands, Texas We are pleased to announce that Thomas Coté, MBA, CAE, has been named the Executive Director at the Pediatric Academic Societies, beginning July 18, 2024.Mr. Coté has nearly 20 years of experience in membership-based association management, strategic planning, board governance, and executive leadership. He is the President and Founder of NextGen Management Consulting. Previously, he was the Vice President of Association Management and Strategic Development with Capitol Hill Management Services, and before that, he served as the Executive Director of the New York State Optometric Association (NYSOA) and the New York State Psychological Association. Natalie Leonhard led this search with Gigi Mensah and Kendra Moleé.
