Dean of Students Flint Hill School | Oakton, Virginia We are pleased to announce that Jeremiah Shepherd, Flint Hill’s current Associate Director of College Counseling, has been selected as the Upper School Dean of Students effective July 1, 2025.Jeremiah has been a part of Flint Hill since 2014, primarily within the College Counseling team, while also serving as Chair of the Upper School Conduct Council and an Upper School Class Dean. Prior to joining Flint Hill, Jeremiah worked at Bishop O’Connell High School, the Baldwin School, Johns Hopkins University, and Northeastern University. He holds a B.S. and a Master’s from Northeastern University.Berkley Braden and Katie Rockman led this search with Gigi Mensah and Rachel Banderob.
