Associate Vice President for Student Life The American University of Paris | Paris, France We are pleased to announce the completion of our search for the Associate Vice President for Student Life. From a pool of strong candidates, Dr. Audrey Kajumbula has been selected to fill this important position. She will begin her appointment in August 2024. Dr. Kajumbula is an expert in international education and interculturalism. She has worked extensively in residential life and programming and in global education, at NYU and at NYU Abu Dhabi, and currently serves as Director of Student Affairs at the Manhattan School of Music, where she is responsible for fostering community engagement, leadership development, staff recruitment, onboarding and supervision, faculty integration, housing operations, facilities management, and training facilitation for an undergraduate residential community. Dr. Kajumbula has deep expertise in designing and refining a student affairs strategy, policies, and technology to accommodate student growth, and evidence of her success in fostering the success of culturally varied and globally diverse student body, including students who are visiting for shorter periods.Dr. Kajumbula received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of North Texas and her M.S. in College Student Personnel from Miami University.
