Reporting to the Executive Director of Research and Programming, this leader will oversee a team of seven, including research scientists, and engineers—and collaborate closely with other leaders and research & programming team and cross-functional partners in Marketing and Global Product Management. The Director will help align research priorities, drive outreach and engagement, and deliver timely insights that reflect the evolving needs of libraries worldwide.
