The role of the AVP & Dean is unique, given the breadth and scale of responsibilities and the opportunity to lead a successful wellness and safety team that facilitates consistently exemplary and holistic care for students. To be successful, the AVP & Dean should be energetic, motivated to help students and staff and lead with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
