Latanya Mapp Frett | President and Chief Executive Officer Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, President and Chief Executive Officer The Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA) Board of Trustees announced the appointment of Latanya Mapp Frett as the organization’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mapp Frett brings considerable experience and passion to the RPA role, having served, since 2019, as President and CEO of the Global Fund for Women, which funds gender justice movements in more than 175 countries.Previously, Mapp Frett was the Executive Director of Planned Parenthood Global, the international arm of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Before joining Planned Parenthood Global, Mapp Frett worked for eight years as a human rights officer for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and ten years with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). An attorney by training, Ms. Mapp Frett began her career at the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund in Washington, DC.Mapp Frett holds a Bachelor of Arts in government and politics, a master's in public policy, and a JD from the University of Maryland.
