Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Inc., Vice President of Mission Services

Shannon Teles joined Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries as its Vice President of Mission Services in June of 2024.

Teles is an accomplished human services executive with more than 20 years of experience and a proven track record in nonprofit management and workforce development. Teles comes to Goodwill from Volunteers of America – Massachusetts, where she served as Vice President of Workforce Development and Housing Services. She previously held leadership positions with the Price Center, Community Work Services, and South Middlesex Opportunity Council. Teles has a master’s degree in social work from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from UMass-Dartmouth.
